Minnesota PBIS Sustaining Exemplar Recognition Program

The purpose of Minnesota PBIS Sustaining Exemplar Recognition is to identify and recognize exemplar schools that have completed PBIS implementation and are continuing to achieving positive student outcomes by sustaining school-wide PBIS with fidelity. Criteria are based on effective implementation of the essential components outlined by our national Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and SupportThe Technical Assistance Center on Social Emotional Intervention for Young Children web site -opens in a new window.

Exemplar Sustaining PBIS Schools

Both cohort schools (completed two-year training sequence with the state or regional implementation projects) and non-cohort schools (received training through another source than the state model or regional training centers) are eligible.

Exemplar PBIS Districts

In addition to individual school recognition, districts that are coordinating and supporting their PBIS schools are invited to apply for district recognition. 

All applications are due 5:00 p.m. March 31, 2017.
