Action Planning with Data

Action Planning is a way to keep tabs on your PBIS systems and make sure you are continually progressing towards your PBIS goals.

In order to effectively action plan, you must have recent data points to help steer you in the right direction. Data points can include:

• Office discipline referral (ODR) student outcome data
• PBIS fidelity and /or effort Measures such as reports from:
• Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI)
• School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET)
• Benchmarks of Quality (BoQ)
• The Team Implementation Checklist (TIC)
• Self-Assessment Survey (SAS)
